About The Position

Heartland Pet Hospital is seeking a dedicated veterinarian eager to make an impact on their practice and the community. This role is suitable for either an experienced veterinarian looking for a leadership role, mentorship opportunities, and to drive practice growth, or a motivated new graduate seeking a collaborative and supportive team environment for guidance and independence. The hospital is a small animal practice with a 25-year legacy of compassionate, high-quality care, known for exceptional service and a family-oriented, supportive work environment. They offer same-day appointments, an online pharmacy with home delivery, and a focus on education and wellness. The modern facility includes four exam rooms (dog and cat designated), a large treatment area, advanced diagnostics (in-house lab, ultrasound, digital dental radiology), and comprehensive surgical capabilities. They also provide behavioral and nutritional counseling.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
• Active veterinary state license
