About The Position

BluePearl Fort Lauderdale is seeking a full-time boarded or residency trained veterinary surgeon to join our team. We serve the east Fort Lauderdale and surrounding Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Our facility offers a 24-hour ER service, as well as critical care, internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, and physical therapy.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
• Board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Surgeon
• Eligible for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Florida

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated expertise in soft tissue and/or orthopedic surgical procedures
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and surgical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills with clients and referring veterinarians
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous learning
