About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Locum Veterinary Internist to join our collaborative team at our Los Angeles location, operating within TrueCare for Pets. This is an opportunity to practice advanced internal medicine in one of Southern California’s most established specialty hospitals—fully accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association—supported by a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team and a strong, loyal referral community across the greater Los Angeles area. About the Hospital We are a premier specialty and emergency hospital in Los Angeles, known for delivering advanced, high-quality veterinary care for dogs and cats. Fully accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), the hospital meets rigorous standards across patient care, safety, and clinical excellence. Formerly known as the Animal Emergency Centre, the hospital was established in 1980 and has been serving the community from its Studio City location since 2005. Today, it remains a cornerstone of emergency and specialty care in the region. The hospital also serves as the primary veterinary blood and anti-venom bank for the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles area, supporting critical cases such as snake bites and severe trauma emergencies.
