Veterinarian, Partner & Equity Owner
About The Position
We are seeking a talented, experienced Veterinarian to partner with us and be a leader in a brand new PriorityPet Urgent Care facility in Lafayette, CO, with an expected opening by the end of 2026. This role offers immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost. The facility will be fully equipped with modern, state-of-the-art equipment to deliver excellent medicine, bridging the gap between primary and emergency care. We emphasize medical autonomy for our doctor partners, providing business support and solutions to help them and their practice succeed. This is an opportunity to become a practice owner, build a desired culture, and lead a dedicated team of experienced technicians and support staff.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
- Active veterinary state license.
- 5+ Years of Veterinary Experience.
- Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
- Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
- Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.
