About The Position

BluePearl East Dallas in Mesquite, Texas, is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Internist to join its emergency and specialty hospital. The role joins an established Internal Medicine service with an existing client base and dedicated clinical infrastructure, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the service’s continued growth and development. The clinician can build relationships with colleagues across the Dallas–Fort Worth market and other BluePearl hospitals in Texas. The position offers a four-day workweek with flexibility to choose preferred workdays and no on-call requirements. Two dedicated technicians support the Internal Medicine service. After-hours consultations are generally handled through the Vet2Vet online system, which connects clinicians with DACVECCs and DACVIMs for patient-care guidance. The 7,000-square-foot specialty and emergency hospital is equipped with advanced ultrasound capabilities, digital imaging, and an Olympus tower with a full endoscopy suite. Requirements

Board certification or residency training in Veterinary Internal Medicine.
