About The Position

K-Laser USA, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager who excels at building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth within a defined region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. We’re looking for someone with strong business acumen, a customer-first mindset, and the strategic thinking needed to grow market share and deliver measurable results. This role involves selling therapeutic lasers into Veterinary clinics and other veterinary-focused treatment facilities.

  • Experience in capital device sales into the animal health market
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities

  • Sell therapeutic lasers into Veterinary clinics and other veterinary-focused treatment facilities
  • Achieve assigned revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers within the territory, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and support as needed
  • Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Stay informed about Company’s products and services, as well as broader industry developments
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications
  • Proactively support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations
  • Maintain a professional and credible image with key veterinarians, consultants, suppliers, and co-workers
  • Actively work to promote team building and morale within the department
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Ability to work remotely and attend in-person meetings as needed
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned to support the overall success of the sales team and organization
