Requirements
- Experienced Veterinary Technician
- Confident with blood draws, IV catheter placement, and anesthesia monitoring
- Comfortable assisting in surgery and dental procedures
- Reliable with strong attendance and time management
- Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable attitude
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members
- Willingness to grow and contribute to a positive hospital culture
Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, surgery, and dentistry
- Monitor anesthesia and support surgical procedures
- Perform phlebotomy, catheter placement, injections, and diagnostics
- Take radiographs and assist with EKGs as needed
- Provide clear client communication and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate medical records and treatment notes
- Support hospital workflow and collaborate with team members
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
