About The Position
Greencross Client Services is seeking experienced Vet Nurses for Part-Time (12-Month Fixed-Term) and Casual opportunities. This remote role allows qualified Vet Nurses to provide professional advice, triage support, appointment bookings, and exceptional customer care to pet owners across Australia on behalf of Greencross clinics. It's a unique chance to utilize clinical knowledge in a rewarding position that combines patient advocacy, customer service, and veterinary support from home. The role is crucial in helping pets access timely care and is supported by a collaborative team of experienced veterinary professionals. The role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Australia, with an option to work from the North Ryde Support Office for Sydney-based team members. All necessary equipment is provided; a reliable internet connection, an ergonomic workstation, and a quiet workspace are required.
Requirements
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Minimum of 4 years' veterinary nursing experience
- Clinically confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and can remain calm under pressure
- Confident making accurate and timely telephone triage decisions
- Experience using RxWorks
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
- Can follow detailed processes and procedures
- Works well independently while remaining connected and engaged with a remote team
- Strong communication skills and genuinely enjoys helping pet owners
- Reliable internet connection

Responsibilities
- Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice
- Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries
- Support Greencross clinics nationwide
- Manage website enquiries and customer service requests
- Assist with Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting positive patient outcomes
