Requirements

Ability to work early morning and evening shifts.
Must be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
Must be able to make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when questioned about potential food allergens.
Must be able to accurately total, process and collect payments from guests using the point-of-sale system.
Must be able to handle money, process credit and debit cards, and make change while complying with company's Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
Must be able to warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests drink and food order within 30 seconds of them entering the concept.

Responsibilities

Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system.
