We are looking for a dependable, motivated Machine Operator who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a hands-on manufacturing team. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to read measuring devices and inspect parts accurately
Basic math skills related to machining operations
Ability to follow safety rules, work instructions, and operating procedures
Dependable work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate a Vertical Honing Machine
Read and follow engineering prints and work instructions
Set up machines and perform changeovers for different part numbers
Change tooling and make adjustments to maintain quality standards
Operate equipment productively while meeting cycle time and quality expectations
Load raw material and unload finished parts
Perform manual deburring as needed
Conduct in-process inspections using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Complete routine machine upkeep and preventive maintenance tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work with integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
Support other production activities as needed
