About The Position

USTCi, a proud Verizon partner for over 25 years, is seeking driven sales professionals for a field sales role with uncapped earning potential. This position offers the opportunity to build relationships, close deals, and directly influence your income. As a Field Sales Representative, you will bring Verizon 5G services to customers by setting up table events in apartment lobbies and going door-to-door in your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include engaging residents, presenting Verizon 5G Wireless and Home Internet solutions, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales environments (wireless, internet, cable or similar) or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with inside/outside sales strategies including cold calling, lead generation, and direct client communication.
• Natural ability to connect with strangers and earn their trust quickly.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
• Competitive, coachable, and comfortable with a commission-driven pace.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for daily travel within your territory.
