Stay current on devices, plans, and promotions to provide expert advice. Drive sales goals while delivering a 5-star customer experience. Complete transactions accurately using our POS system. Handle customer concerns with confidence and care.
Requirements
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus – but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and team-focused
- Passion for technology and wireless products
- Full-time with weekend availability required
