About The Position

The Verification & Validation (V&V) Lead for Counter-UAS (CUAS) Systems defines, develops, and leads the full V&V lifecycle for CUAS products involving RF sensing, UAS detection and classification, electronic attack/jamming, and real-time signal processing. The role owns V&V strategy, test architecture, verification methods, and requirements coverage. It collaborates across engineering disciplines and interfaces with program leadership and customers to ensure CUAS electronic warfare systems meet performance, environmental, and mission-readiness standards. The position is onsite in Portland, Oregon, with approximately 10% travel, probably once per quarter. It requires access to technology subject to U.S. export-control laws and regulations. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship. No security clearance is required. The stated annual salary range is $160,000–$180,000, and the role is eligible for an annual bonus.
