The role is responsible for verifying shift details, maintaining accurate records, and supporting timely and accurate billing. It also involves improving processes and providing customer service. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Suites and data entry.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Verify shift start and end times and confirm completion of tasks.
• Enter and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Continuously review and update processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and concerns.
