In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Admissions and Utilization Review departments while also working directly with clients. Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with insurance carriers, clients, and teammates.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Acrobat.
• Ability to learn new CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with insurance guidelines and payer requirements.

Responsibilities
