LA28 is the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Venue Technology team is responsible for the integration and planning of technology services across all Games venues, including the delivery of audio-visual (AV) equipment and services. This team also leads the Technology Equipment Allocation Process (TEAP) to manage technology demand and budget across the Organizing Committee. The team structure includes a central team, Cluster Venue Technology Managers (CVTMs) overseeing groups of venues, and Venue Technology Managers (VTMs) responsible for individual venues. As a VTM, you will be a key technology leader at your assigned venue(s), managing planning, delivery, support, and issue resolution. You will lead sponsor, partner, and service provider staff, as well as Technology Volunteers. The role requires adaptability due to the dynamic nature of event planning, involving strategic decisions and operational support. You will be the primary technology representative for your venue, managing stakeholder requirements, supplier activities, installation, testing, operations, and decommissioning. You will be supported by experienced CVTMs and a Technology Operations Center (TOC).
