This role is critical to the success of our overall operations by ensuring all systems are working properly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to work long shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting technology systems
- Working knowledge of networking including firewalls, switching, and wireless technology
- Experience with Point-of-Sale systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Ensure point of sale and other supporting systems are ready for each event
- Install, move or replace hardware as needed
- Assist in the implementation of system installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Document all technical issues with troubleshooting steps and status or resolution
- Other tasks as assigned
