About The Position

Your mission is to be the operational engine of your bookable spaces by activating the daily flow of world-class events. You don’t just "manage bookings"; you ignite the spark that turns a venue into a thriving hub for connection. By actively pitching the unique value of your environment, you convert curious inquiries into confirmed, full-capacity bookings. You ensure every meeting and gathering is delivered with high-impact precision that fuels your guests' productivity and professional success. You are the essential link between a client’s vision and a flawless reality. You translate booking requests into intentional, five-star experiences, ensuring every guest feels hosted from the moment they arrive. By clearing the way through meticulous coordination and "house proud" attention to detail, you ensure every event—from intimate meetings to high-profile summits—is seamless. Ultimately, you generate the magnetic energy that makes our venues the first-choice destination for connection.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in venue operations, hospitality, events management, or premium guest-facing environments (e.g., hotels, conference centers, event venues, workplace hospitality).
• Proven experience owning operational standards and service delivery in high-volume or high-touch environments.
• Skilled in driving revenue and efficiency through utilization planning, staffing models, and resource management.
• Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, event platforms).
• Adaptable and confident learning new systems for membership and program management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the rituals and activities that spark productivity, ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional and fuels efficient performance.
• Translate high-level goals into actionable logistics and "run-of-show" frameworks for reservations in your space(s).
• Set the stage with precision to ensure every stakeholder is aligned, ensuring a seamless, high-impact experience from start to finish.
• Handle intake and discovery processes with curiosity, understanding needs to turn a request into a flawless, brand-aligned reality.
• Execute programming that makes the building a magnetic destination.
• Expertly run space reservations and showcase amenities to create energy and "buzz".
• Work with on-site operators and local vendors to create a cohesive thriving hub.
• Manage the fine details of partner alignment, ensuring collaborators are tuned in to standards and contribute to a house proud atmosphere.
• Manage assigned resources and budgets with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Track the pulse of your service through feedback and data.
• Prioritize tasks with absolute clarity.
• Ensure every activation aligns with premium standards and is delivered with consistent, high-quality follow-through.
