About The Position

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vent Assembler. In this role, you will assemble, inspect, and package ventilation components and systems according to quality and safety standards. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of hand and tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capability to lift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble vents and ventilation system components using hand tools, and assembly equipment.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any defects or discrepancies.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Record production data and complete the required documentation accurately.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
