About The Position

Are you dedicated, detail-oriented, take initiative, and have excellent follow-through? The Vendor Relations team is looking for you. We are looking for a full-time employee for the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm to work as a vendor relations administrator. As a vendor relations administrator, you will be responsible for building our vendor network by onboarding companies in the following fields: Electrical, HVAC, Solar, Handyman, and Low Voltage.

Responsibilities

• Building our vendor network by onboarding companies in the fields of Electrical, HVAC, Solar, Handyman, and Low Voltage.
• Vetting the vendor.
• Negotiating rates.
• Obtaining the paperwork required to set the vendor up in our system.
• Updating certificates of insurance.
• Setting up vendors in the system.
• Sending contracts through DocuSign.
