About The Position

WOW! is looking for a Vendor & Partnership Program Manager to lead the relationships, programs, and partnerships that help drive our sales and marketing growth. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Retention, Customer Experience, Product, Finance, Procurement, and Legal. You’ll own a portfolio of external vendors and strategic partners, ensuring they deliver measurable business value while helping WOW! execute acquisition, retention, customer experience, and brand-building initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, vendor management, partnerships, program management, or a related discipline; 7+ years preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external vendors, agencies, or strategic partners, including contract negotiation and performance management.
  • Experience supporting sales-facing or campaign-driving programs and measuring their business impact.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and building alignment across multiple teams.
  • Experience presenting recommendations, performance results, and business insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and executive-level stakeholder management.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to build and defend ROI and performance frameworks.
  • Strong financial and business judgment, including budget and contract management.
  • Ability to build relationships that translate into measurable marketing and sales results.
  • Strong understanding of value proposition development, brand positioning, and messaging.
  • Experience coordinating external partners with internal Brand and Creative teams on co-branded marketing materials.
  • Experience with procurement, RFP, and sourcing processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, and presentation tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Telecommunications, broadband, or consumer services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management of WOW!’s external vendor and partner portfolio supporting sales growth and marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic marketing and sales-support vendors.
  • Lead contract negotiations, onboarding, issue resolution, renewals, and ongoing business reviews.
  • Lead vendor selection and RFP processes, including evaluation criteria, negotiations, and implementation planning.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate, renegotiate, or expand partnerships to improve cost efficiency, performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide program management across the vendor portfolio, keeping timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholders aligned from kickoff through execution.
  • Develop and maintain vendor performance frameworks, including scorecards, SLAs, KPIs, and ROI measurements.
  • Monitor vendor-supported campaigns and programs and use data to identify opportunities for optimization and course correction.
  • Maintain strong governance and documentation around vendor contracts, renewals, performance history, and business commitments.
  • Serve as the escalation point for vendor issues impacting quality, timelines, budgets, or business results.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Retention, Customer Experience, Product, Finance, Procurement, and Legal to ensure vendor strategies align with business priorities.
  • Ensure contractual, financial, compliance, and operational requirements are met.
  • Facilitate coordination between external vendors/partners and internal Brand and Creative teams to keep co-branded and partner-produced materials moving efficiently through review and approval.
  • Serve as the key connector between external partners and internal stakeholders on branding, messaging, content, and value proposition requirements.
  • Present vendor performance, business results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Translate vendor and campaign data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with partners that create opportunities to expand and improve marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Help shape the future of WOW!’s vendor and partnership ecosystem through strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.
