Vendor Onboarding Specialist II – Temporary Housing
About The Position
The Vendor Onboarding Specialist II – Temporary Housing is responsible for executing and supporting the ongoing operations of the Temporary Housing program within Contractor Connection. This role manages the full lifecycle of housing providers, including sourcing, onboarding, compliance validation, activation, and ongoing maintenance, with increased responsibility for reviewing, validating, and ensuring accuracy of work. This position operates with a higher degree of independence, applies sound judgment in evaluating provider readiness and compliance requirements, and supports efficient workflow progression. The role may assist in guiding less experienced team members and contribute to process consistency, while working within established procedures and program expectations.
Requirements
- Experience in vendor onboarding or a similar role.
- Familiarity with compliance validation processes.
- Ability to work with a degree of independence and apply sound judgment.
- Skills in process management and workflow efficiency.
- Ability to guide less experienced team members (implied by the role description).
