The Vendor Manager of Strategic Accounts is responsible for owning and strengthening Wellfitâs most critical third-party partnerships across payments, lending, and membership ecosystems. This role serves as the primary point of contact for strategic vendors, ensuring alignment with Wellfitâs product, operational, and service goals. You will manage performance, negotiate commercial terms, and drive continuous improvement across vendor relationships. This position works cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Service teams to ensure vendor partnerships directly support customer success and business growth. This role requires strong influence without direct authority, operational discipline, and the ability to drive outcomes and accountability across external partners.
