About The Position

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Vendor Compliance Specialist to manage vendor performance for Purchasing Power’s dropship program. This role involves building and maintaining strong vendor partnerships, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and implementing corrective actions to guarantee a smooth customer experience. The position is hybrid, requiring three days onsite in Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

• Hybrid – 3 days onsite
• 1–3 years relevant experience
• Familiarity with vendor tools/platforms
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Curious, adaptable, and open to learning

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ecommerce or dropship experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors
• Verify order processing aligns with SLAs
• Review reports to identify compliance gaps
• Analyze vendor performance data
• Partner with teams to improve performance
• Support corrective action plans
• Conduct vendor audits
• Prepare performance reporting
• Escalate issues as needed
• Maintain compliance records
• Support vendor onboarding
• Update SOPs and guidelines
• Identify process improvements
