About The Position

Are you passionate about business analytics, vendor partnerships, and driving profitable growth? At TD SYNNEX, we are looking for a Vendor Business Associate who will play a key role in managing and growing a strategic vendor portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and vendor partners while developing expertise in product management, forecasting, inventory planning, and business performance analysis. As a Vendor Business Associate, you will help drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and strengthen vendor relationships. You will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to strategic initiatives that support both vendor success and organizational growth. This role is ideal for an analytical, collaborative professional eager to build a career in vendor management, business development, or product management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business operations, product management, marketing, vendor management, sales support, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Experience creating reports, presentations, and business recommendations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with forecasting, inventory analysis, or financial performance management.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, vendor management, or business development practices.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze profit and loss (P&L) performance for assigned vendor lines.
  • Track key financial metrics, including revenue, Net GM%, and Net GM$, and recommend improvements to drive profitability.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and support operational efficiencies that enhance business performance.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze inventory levels, demand trends, and business forecasts to ensure product availability and support business objectives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities related to inventory management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on forecasting and inventory analysis.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with vendor partners.
  • Develop a strong understanding of vendor goals, priorities, and strategic objectives.
  • Support negotiations, resolve challenges, and collaborate with vendors to maximize business opportunities.
  • Serve as an escalation point for operational issues and work proactively to deliver timely resolutions.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to develop strategies that increase demand and promote vendor solutions.
  • Assist with pricing discussions, customer inquiries, and sales-related activities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable business insights to internal and external stakeholders.
