VENDING SPECIALIST
About The Position
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Vending Specialist to support our client's PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Vending Program. This position will focus exclusively on vending operations and plays a critical role in ensuring PPE inventory is readily available to our associates. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while maintaining accurate inventory and reporting standards. This is a good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift, carry, and move PPE inventory as needed
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Previous inventory, warehouse, vending, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of similar work experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Replenish PPE vending machines throughout the facility
- Monitor and manage PPE inventory levels
- Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of vending equipment
- Ensure vending machines remain fully stocked and operational
- Complete daily activity and inventory reports
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Partner with site leadership to address operational needs and inventory concerns
