Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher

Responsibilities

• Assists with establishing, maintaining, and developing business and social relationships with customers and vendors to enhance the potential for achieving maximum profitability and growth
• Prepares, proofreads, compiles and distributes quotes, proposals, and customer correspondence
• Provides order processing for incoming customer orders and subsequent orders to vendors and suppliers
• Follows up to ensure commitments are met
• Processing of RMAs and all related activities associated with the RMA process
• Proper management and analysis of assigned vending machines and reporting software including: Maintain inventory accuracy in vending systems, Days of Supply, Set up and maintain Family/Category/Type for all items, Creating PO & Tags, Reviewing and adjusting min/max values, Creation of jobs and assignment of items to those jobs, Pricing accuracy, Part number entering & updating, Slow & Dead inventory, Assigning Bins
• Expedites the prompt resolution of customer problems, questions, concerns and discrepancies.
• Support of warehouse responsibilities as needed
• Receive and put away all incoming inventory ensuring inventory accuracy is kept
• Set up and delete bin locations for all in stock tooling managed
• Perform all shipping functions (Maintain the quality and 100% accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments.)
• Other assignments as needed or requested
