Responsibilities

Manage the daily route schedules, customers and Route Associates
Access and identify business needs and conduct customer analysis to determine customer requirements
Determine the impact of products/services on customer
Identify which products, services and features to promote to current customers
Understand the customers business and align account strategies to customer goals
Accountability for individual success within a team environment
Seek out new ideas, exhibit initiative, and operate in a manner that is both creative and proactive
Travel every day to and from customer site, driving a company vehicle in all weather elements
Work well with others, constant contact with the customers
