About The Position

Imperial is seeking an entry-level Vending Machine Technician to respond to daily service calls and maintain vending machine equipment in El Paso, Texas. The technician sets up equipment, performs preventative maintenance, diagnoses and resolves equipment problems, and provides World Class Service to customers and teammates. The role includes travel to client locations in a company vehicle, an on-call rotation, and physical work that may involve loading and unloading equipment weighing more than 100 pounds. Training is provided; prior experience is not necessary.

Requirements

High school education level.
Mechanical and/or electrical background through previous work experience or formal training.
Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
Willingness to travel to client locations to service and install equipment.
Willingness to work an on-call rotation that includes weekend, night, and early-morning service calls.
Strong client relations skills.
Integrity, innovation, responsibility, growth orientation, and attention to detail.
Willingness to adapt to change.
Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, overhead reaching, climbing stairs, driving, and lifting equipment weighing more than 100 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience in maintenance, repair, technician work, refrigeration, HVAC, or related areas; experience is not necessary because training is provided.
