Technicians are responsible for daily service calls and maintenance issues with the various Vending Machine Equipment. This is an active job that involves setting up various vending equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and providing World Class Service to help improve and maintain client relations. The role also includes working on-call rotation, driving a company vehicle in all weather elements, and lifting/using equipment to load and unload (100+ pounds) on and off the vehicle to and from clients. Daily tasks include walking, standing, bending, overhead reaching, climbing stairs, and driving. Technicians will use deductive reasoning to understand and problem-solve issues with equipment, manage parts and tool inventories, and use hand tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, and truck lift gates. Being on time and present is essential.

Requirements

Mechanical and/or electrical background, either from previous work experience or formal training.
Willingness to work in non-climate controlled shop environment
Willingness to traveling to client locations to service equipment and installs.
Willingness to work on call rotation that includes weekend, nights, and early morning service calls
