About The Position

Imperial is seeking a Vending Machine Repair Technician to join their team. This role is responsible for daily service calls and maintenance issues with various Vending Machine Equipment. The company emphasizes providing World Class Service and focuses on understanding and fulfilling customer needs. This is an active job that requires travel and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Willing to travel out of town, one to two weeks at a time
• Computer knowledge and iPhone skills are a plus
• Lifting and using equipment to load and unload (100+ pounds) on and off vehicle to and from clients
• Walking, Standing, Bending, Overhead reaching, Stairs, Driving
• Deductive reasoning to understand and problem solve issues with equipment
• Use of hand tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, truck lift gates

Nice To Haves

• Experience in maintenance, repair, technician, refrigeration, HVAC, etc.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls
• Change parts and repair equipment
• Setup of various vending equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Provide World Class Service to help improve and maintain client relations
• Work on-call rotation
• Drive Company Vehicle in all weather elements
• Load and unload equipment (100+ pounds) on and off vehicle to and from clients
• Manage parts and tool inventories
• Be on time and present
