About The Position

We are hiring immediately for full time VENDING ATTENDANT positions. This role provides vending products and services at a single location, collects money from machines, and makes change. Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Valid driver's license may be required for some roles.
• Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Prior vending experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and restocks multiple pantry stations, including cereal, snacks, soda BIBs, milk, and paper products.
• Brews coffee, checks milk expiration dates, monitors refrigerator temperatures, cleans soda nozzles and automated coffee brewers as needed, places product orders at the start of each shift, and organizes/storage replenishment.
• Transports pantry products between the branch and factory using a company box truck and distributes items to 20+ stations within the facility using electric burden carts.
• Maintains delivery vehicles and reports maintenance issues.
• Works in the sustainable Boomerang water production area, filling and preparing water bottles for distribution throughout the factory.
• Delivers Boomerang water to 50+ water stations inside and outside the facility using a company vehicle for external routes and an electric cart for internal deliveries.
• Collects empty bottles and returns them to the production area.
• Receives delivery of various items, including soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items and sundries at customer's place of business.
• Stocks shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers; collects stale, rejected or unsold merchandise; collects money from machines, and refills bill and coin changers.
• Records transactions on appropriate card and/or electronic device.
• Is accountable for cash and product.
• Calls on existing customers to determine adequacy of service.
• Prepares order forms for food and pastry products.
• Informs regular customers of new products or services.
• Listens to and resolves service complaints.
• Performs routine maintenance on and sanitation of machines; maintains clean storeroom and vending area.
• Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issues sales promotion materials to customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
