About The Position

This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro markets, vending machines, and OCS (Office Coffee Service). The role requires providing excellent client and customer satisfaction, ensuring trucks are properly loaded, performing routine cleaning and sanitation, informing customers of new products, resolving service complaints, setting up merchandise displays, performing product rotation, managing receipts and cash, conducting inventory reconciliation, maintaining the company vehicle, and performing all job functions safely and professionally.

Requirements

Valid Class G driver’s license and good driving record.
3 years driving experience required.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box trucks, handcarts, etc.).
Able to work independently, responsible for route, work unsupervised 98% of the work day.

Nice To Haves

Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
Ensure truck is properly loaded with all product required to service all scheduled micro markets and machines.
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of machines and other related equipment.
Inform clients and customers of new products or services, listen to and resolve service complaints.
Report all client and/or customer complaints to immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
Perform product rotation to ensure freshness of products.
Accountable for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected and product.
Conduct inventory reconciliation in accordance with district procedures.
Keep company vehicle clean and organized at all times; perform pre & post trip vehicle inspections.
Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
