About The Position

Able Sales is seeking a full-time Vendedor At-Large / Merchandiser for its supermarket sales division, Ponce Caribbean Distributors, serving the Central and Eastern districts of Puerto Rico. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, arranging merchandise at assigned customer locations, and presenting products effectively to attract attention and stand out from competing products. The position also involves gathering market data, covering for sales representatives on leave, and implementing new marketing techniques at points of sale.

Requirements

• Basic mathematics proficiency.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and arrange merchandise at assigned customer locations each day.
• Present products as effectively as possible.
• Draw attention to products and distinguish them from similar competitors’ products.
• Use counter and display space effectively, including shelves and displays.
• Collect data in the market.
• Cover for sales representatives on leave.
• Implement new marketing techniques at points of sale.
