About The Position
Big Shot Rides is a custom vehicle shop in Coconut Creek (Broward County) specializing in wraps, paint protection film, ceramic coating, and custom wheel work for daily drivers, exotics, and commercial fleets. The company prides itself on quality, built on referrals and repeat clients. They operate an in-house design and printing setup with a 63" Epson S80600 and a Graphtec plotter. The role involves end-to-end installation of full color changes, commercial fleet wraps, partials, and print-and-cut decals, with direct collaboration with the owner. Success in this role means running a bay independently and achieving a high standard of finish. The company culture emphasizes meticulous work and attention to detail, rejecting rushed or subpar installations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of vehicle wrap experience.
- Portfolio of own installs (photos required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Fluent English.
Nice To Haves
- Window tint experience.
- PPF experience.
- Mechanical knowledge (comfortable with trim, badge, and panel removal).
- 3M or Avery Dennison installer certification.
Responsibilities
- Install full color-change and commercial wraps to a finish-line standard, including complex curves, inlays, and post-heating.
- Properly prep surfaces and perform quality control on own work before vehicle release.
- Handle print-and-cut decals and partial wraps using the in-house print setup.
- Provide input at the design stage regarding materials and installability.
- Maintain organization and inventory of tools, bay, and materials.
