About The Position
Jim Pattison Hyundai Northshore is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Vehicle Wash Attendant to join our Service team. In this role, you'll help ensure every customer vehicle is cleaned and prepared to a high standard before it's returned, helping create a great final impression of the dealership. Requirements
- A valid BC Driver’s license is required, including a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract report
- Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our customer vehicles, including exterior washing and interior cleaning
- Maneuver, arrange, and relocate guest vehicles with care
- Ensure any potential issues with vehicles or the dealership property are promptly reported
- Safe use of tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information
- Participate in maintaining a supportive and engaging working environment
- Other duties as assigned
