Requirements
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or shuttle driver preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to vehicle handling and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance practices to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type being operated; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred.
- Experience in customer service roles that require professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy duty truck with trailer to transport vehicles around the state of Montana.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance with maintenance standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, including heavy lifting when necessary, to ensure secure transport.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients professionally and addressing any questions or concerns during pickups or deliveries.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, vehicle conditions, and delivery documentation for accountability.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members using clear phone communication tools.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure safe transportation at all times.
