About The Position

Our client is seeking a specialist to manage daily testing activities for its autonomous vehicle programs. The role involves executing test plans, supporting various testing functions, and reporting outcomes to aid software development teams. The role supports business expansion efforts and involves working closely with software and operations teams to ensure efficient and safe testing processes.

Requirements

• 2 years of hardware or software testing, data entry, or similar technical experience.
• Experience troubleshooting issues on computers or other hardware.
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Interest in understanding the functionality of autonomy software.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with software development practices and Linux.
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Prior experience with ADAS, Autonomous Vehicles, or other automotive work.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans on AV and ADAS development vehicles.
• Coordinate and enhance testing procedures with software engineers and operations teams.
• Provide detailed notes and formal reports of testing activities and results.
• Collaborate with vehicle operators to conduct testing professionally and efficiently.
• Champion safety in vehicle testing programs.
