About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join an established automotive dealership in Gravesend. If you're a Technician looking for a stable dealership environment, strong earning potential and the opportunity to develop your skills, this could be a great next step. You'll be carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics across a range of vehicles, working as part of an experienced Workshop team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Good mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Confident servicing, repairing and maintaining vehicles.
• Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A positive and reliable approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills
• A full UK driving licence.

Nice To Haves

• Franchised dealership experience would be advantageous, but we're happy to consider strong Technicians from other automotive backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Using manufacturer and diagnostic equipment where required.
• Completing work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying additional work.
• Following manufacturer procedures and health and safety standards.
• Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop records.
• Working closely with Service Advisors and the wider Aftersales team.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and professional.
