This role involves building a vehicle condition simulator and conducting end-to-end validation tests for the digital companion. The position requires active participation in GM's Agile process, serving as the Product Owner for the Digital Companion Performance Vertical. Key responsibilities include designing and developing automated simulation tools and processes to predict customer experience across various conditions (vehicles, demographics, languages), utilizing input test data from the Data Scrum (VAST), and providing feedback for data improvement. The role also entails executing tests, analyzing results, reporting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve speech performance quality issues, and developing plans for storing tools, processes, and lessons learned. Correlation of test results with customer feedback and in-vehicle testing is crucial, as is staying updated on speech technologies and communicating any changes. The position aims to expand testing capabilities to other speech technologies while prioritizing the GM End-Customer experience and GM's credibility. Identifying opportunities for process, quality, and cost improvements is also a key aspect. The work policy is hybrid, requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, with the necessity to report to a local office.
