Vehicle Shuttle Driver
About The Position
Road & Rail Services is hiring Vehicle Shuttle Drivers at our Lincoln automotive operation. In this position, you will move vehicles throughout the customer's property and park them in assigned locations before shipment. This is an active, fast-paced job for someone who enjoys driving, working as part of a team, and being on the move throughout the shift. Road & Rail Services provides rail-related services throughout North America. Our employees support plant and terminal operations and maintain rail assets for railroads, shippers, equipment owners, and industrial customers.
Requirements
- A current, valid state-issued driver's license
- Ability to safely drive and park vehicles
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow assigned routes and detailed instructions
- Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Safely drive vehicles to designated parking locations
- Follow assigned routes and facility traffic patterns
- Park vehicles accurately in the correct bays
- Complete vehicle inventory and tracking assignments
- Report visible vehicle damage or safety concerns
- Enter and exit multiple vehicles throughout the shift
- Help keep parking and work areas clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to support an efficient flow of vehicles
- Follow all company, customer, and industry safety procedures
