About The Position

Henley Companies, the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is seeking individuals to join their team as Vehicle Service Specialists. They welcome all types of talent, regardless of background or experience, and provide comprehensive on-the-job training for services such as changing oil, checking/filling vehicle fluids, and inspecting/replacing lights and wipers. This role offers flexible hours for part-time work or full-time career advancement opportunities, with a competitive pay rate of $22.50 per hour. The company emphasizes promoting from within, with most upper-level management starting in entry-level positions.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
• Achieve SuperPro certification.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
