About The Position

Henley Companies, the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is looking for motivated individuals to join their team. They offer flexible hours for part-time work and advancement opportunities for full-time careers. The company welcomes all backgrounds and experience levels, providing comprehensive on-the-job training for services such as oil changes, fluid checks, and light/wiper replacements. Their training program is designed to lead individuals to self-made success, and they do not require prior experience in their service centers. This role is suitable for recent high school graduates, seasoned professionals seeking a change, veterans transitioning to civilian life, or anyone in between.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
• Achieve SuperPro certification.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
