About The Position
Henley Companies, the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is seeking Vehicle Service Specialists. The company offers tools necessary for success, whether you are looking for a part-time job with flexible hours or a full-time career with excellent advancement opportunities. They welcome all types of talent, regardless of background or experience, and provide comprehensive training in services like changing oil, checking/filling vehicle fluids, or inspecting/replacing lights and wipers. No prior experience in service centers is required, making it suitable for recent high-school graduates, seasoned professionals, veterans, or anyone in between.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
- Achieve SuperPro certification.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
