About The Position

EDS Service Solutions is hiring a Vehicle Service Agent (Car Detailer) to prepare rental vehicles at Richmond International Airport. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing vehicle interiors, washing and polishing exteriors, completing basic vehicle checks, and inspecting vehicles for minor damage. Employees work outdoors in a fast-paced airport environment and collaborate with a team to keep rental fleets ready for customers. No previous experience is needed; paid training is provided. The position is based in Chester, Virginia, and pays $14–$17 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Weekend availability.
• Comfort with active outdoor work in changing weather conditions.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and drive during 8-hour shifts.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, wipe down, and sanitize vehicle interiors.
• Wash and polish vehicle exteriors using wash equipment.
• Top off washer fluid, check tire pressure, and refuel vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for minor scratches or dents during safety walks.
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
