Action Ambulance is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Vehicle Readiness and Inventory Coordinator to support our EMS operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our ambulances, equipment, supplies, and facilities are clean, compliant, organized, and ready to serve our communities 24 hours a day. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards, enjoys working independently, and understands that readiness, compliance, and operational excellence directly impact patient care and system performance. The Vehicle Readiness and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining ambulance readiness, conducting vehicle and equipment inspections, managing inventory and stockroom operations, generating compliance reports, identifying operational trends, and ensuring regulatory and company standards are met. This position works closely with Operations, Fleet, Logistics, and Clinical Leadership to ensure all vehicles, equipment, medications, and supplies are operationally ready at all times.
