About The Position
INTEGRO Professional Services is hiring Vehicle Product Application Specialists to join our teams working onsite with leading automotive dealerships. With more than 40 years of experience in the automotive industry, we understand that exceptional vehicle presentation requires more than simply cleaning a car—it takes attention to detail, consistency, pride, and craftsmanship. Whether you already have automotive detailing experience or are looking to learn a valuable new skill, we provide the training and development needed to help you grow. Through our training and development programs, associates may have opportunities to advance into specialized automotive services such as: Advanced Automotive Detailing, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coatings, Window Tint, Vehicle Reconditioning, Other specialized automotive appearance services, Site leadership and management. Your growth does not have to stop with the position you start in.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug testing
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to repeatedly enter and exit vehicles
- Ability to safely perform the physical responsibilities associated with automotive detailing
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive detailing experience is welcomed but may not be required for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Printing and applying marketing or vehicle information.
- Wash, clean, vacuum, and professionally prepare new and used vehicles
- Clean and prepare exterior paint, wheels, tires, glass, and trim
- Apply approved vehicle appearance and surface-protection products
- Inspect completed vehicles for quality and attention to detail
- Identify and report noticeable vehicle damage or defects
- Assist with vehicle merchandising and dealership inventory preparation as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow established detailing processes, safety procedures, and Company standards
- Work collaboratively with teammates and dealership personnel to meet customer expectations
