About The Position
Pro-MotionPix is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Inventory Photographer to capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos of dealership vehicles for online listings. Using a company-provided iPhone and app, you’ll help ensure inventory is accurately documented, visually appealing, and ready for online shoppers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active outdoors, and taking pride in keeping dealership inventory up to date and customer-ready. No prior photography experience is required — we provide paid training to set you up for success. Your work ensures dealership inventory is accurate, attractive, and quickly available online — helping customers find the right vehicle faster while supporting dealerships in moving inventory efficiently. Automotive product photography and spin capture is our specialty. Our proven processes have lead to growing to over 350 franchise dealerships and a staff of 75+ in California, Oregon, Nevada and Idaho. We work with each dealership to find the best and efficient way to get their units marketed online with quality images.
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Clear communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Comfortable using technology and learning new tools
Nice To Haves
- Manual transmission experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
- Capture photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app
- Locate vehicles, verify VINs, and ensure units are staged and photo-ready
- Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicle availability and readiness
- Maintain an organized, efficient workflow to keep inventory current and online quickly
