Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to read English and comprehend motor vehicle traffic signs.
  • Must be insured and/or insurable, if required, by the state.
  • Must not be under the influence of any condition or substance that could distract or impair the ability to safely and efficiently operate a motor vehicle.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous auto auction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operates motor vehicles on the premises for transport, pickup and delivery in support of auction activities.
  • Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in the correct lot area and perform all other lot duties as assigned by the Manager.
  • Includes movement of vehicles on auction property.
  • Capture and process electronic images of vehicles.
  • Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
  • Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images.
  • Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if the location is so equipped.
  • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
  • Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
