As a Security Patrol Officer, you will play a vital role in protecting our clients, their residents, visitors, and property. Using a company patrol vehicle, you will conduct security inspections, respond to concerns, and help maintain a safe environment throughout your assigned patrol area.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age (BPC Section 7582.8)
High School Diploma or GED
Valid California Driver's License with a good driving record
Ability to obtain or currently possess a California BSIS Guard Card
Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background screening requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

Previous security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate reporting software
Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
Knowledge of public safety and security procedures
Strong observation, documentation, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Conducting routine and random patrols of residential and commercial properties.
Observing and reporting suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations.
Preparing clear, detailed, and accurate incident and activity reports.
Investigating disturbances and responding professionally to incidents.
Enforcing private property rules and regulations.
Communicating effectively with residents, clients, law enforcement, and management.
Maintaining a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and promote safety.
Utilizing technology and reporting software to document patrol activities.
Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
